Nestled in the charming village of Polruan this delightful holiday cottage is the perfect destination for families and their furry friends. With a wide range of dog-friendly beaches and walking trails nearby there is plenty to do. Take a stroll through the village where you can sample to local ale or treat yourselves to a Cornish breakfast in the cafe. Stroll on down to the harbour, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Fowey estuary or take a ferry across the water to explore the charming town of Fowey. For a more active day out, visit the nearby beaches of Polkerris or Readymoney Cove, where dogs can run and play to their hearts' content. With so much to see and do, this holiday cottage in Polruan is the perfect destination for a family getaway that the whole family, including pets, can enjoy.

The stylishly decorated cottage offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, with a fully equipped kitchen/diner and cosy lounge with a Smart TV, just perfect for relaxing in front of the electric fire after a day of exploring. With two bedrooms upstairs, there is plenty of space for families of up to four to comfortably stay. The first bedroom is a double with waterside views and a wonderful sense of calm, whilst the final bedroom is up in the eaves with very limited headroom and offers a twin room with lots of light from the Velux windows as well as a small desk ideal for studying. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes this wonderful cottage.

Outside the front of the cottage is a small area with a small table and chairs which is a great spot for a morning coffee or to sit in the sunshine.

Cute place, stunning views of the sea, warmhearted people. Be prepared to hop on the ferry to Fowey if you want a choice of good food.

Excellent location for walks and harbour access No suitable for older dog s as lots of steps Need to park at top of village a trolley is a bonus to bring Comfy bed and enjoyable stay
