A contemporary second-floor property located against the dramatic cliffs of the Fowey Estuary. It's ideal for couples or small families looking for a base with town amenities and easy access to coastal attractions. Fowey is a picturesque harbour town with independent shops, galleries and restaurants and a pedestrian ferry to reach the village of Polruan. The sheltered sandy beach of Readymoney Cove is less than a mile away, and from the cove, you can access the South West Coast Path towards Gribbin Head (3 miles). The local ferry to the unique fishing village of Bodinnick (1 mile) on the east side of the river is well worth a visit. It is a thriving area for fishing and boasts sandy beaches and breathtaking views from the scenic footpaths along the Cornish coast.

This stylishly furnished single-storey apartment has a comfortable, light and airy living and dining area with a TV and a picture window looking over to the river. The large, contemporary kitchen is perfectly equipped to cook delicious meals. With one king-size and one double bedroom with a TV plus a bathroom with WC, the property has everything you need for a peaceful holiday or short break.

Although there is no dedicated outdoor space here, you are right next to the river for riverside and harbourside walks, and Readymoney Cove is just over 1 mile away for sandy beach days out.

Only issue was parking. Difficult to find a space in either, particularly at the weekend. I was loathe to commit to one car park as there was no guarantee to find a spot on our return. Never did get in the nearest, opposite, at Caffa Mill.

A short stay before Christmas this was the perfect place, warm dry property with a nice little view of the river. Very clean and a lovely little kitchen to cook if you need. Nice comfy lounge area to relax. Car park was right next by and within walking distance of the shops. Perfect place no negatives
