There is only one road into Polruan, which ends by the quay close to the tidal beach, making the village a quiet and peaceful destination to retreat to. It is ideally situated for visiting attractions such as The Eden Project (15.7 miles) or Ferryside, where Daphne Du Maurier wrote her first novel. The property also offers easy access to the South West Coast Path.
