Lovely little town house, nicely hidden. Kitchen ceiling is really low, so if your tall you will have to stoop. Stairs to 3rd floor are steep so care needs to be taken. Had issue whilst there with water flow, especially to the shower so very difficult to get clean. Boat repair yard is close next door so must be prepared for noise associated with thRead moreis during the week. Roads are very tight in surrounding area to village which is to be expected. A very clean and comfortable cottage in a fantastic position right on the quayside and super views from upstairs. The ferry across to Fowey and local buses enabled us to leave the car in the car park. The Polruan village store has everything you will need. Lovely walks all round.
